We began our Annual Santa Collection in 2003 after our customers asked us to make a Santa in the same style as our popular creche series, hand-painted and dressed in real fabric.

Cast in bonded marble, hand-painted and hand-dressed, our 8" tall Santas have become the centerpiece of our Christmas figurines.

We at Hestia pride ourselves on our attention to detail and craftsmanship.  Each Santa is carefully inspected, wrapped and placed in its own white collectors box, suitable for gift-giving.

The 6th edition in our popular Annual Santa Collection could pass for a character from a Charles Dickens novel.  The 2008 "Vintage Santa" is cast in bonded marble, hand-painted and hand-dressed, and stands 8 inches tall. Clutching a snow-covered wreath replete with berries, and an etched list of names lucky enough to have earned a place on the "Nice" list, Vintage Santa is wearing a faux Persian lamb hat with bits of evergreen, and a long, red, fur-trimmed coat. He holds his gold-tone pocket watch with chain, and at his feet are some old-fashioned toys.

  Staff in hand and ready to make his long journey through the snow, Father Christmas is dressed in a brown faux fur wrap with hand-painted detail on the edge of his coat and vest. A small bird is perched on his arm and below it dangles a brass bell on a bright red ribbon. A satchel hangs down from his shoulder and tucked inside it is an evergreen branch with apples peeking out. Adorning his head is an evergreen wreath with red ribbon.

  Poised on the rooftop and getting ready to slide down the chimney, Traditional Santa is dressed in red with faux fur trim, black boots and a black leatherette belt. In his right hand he is carrying a small wrapped gift, which he will deliver under the tree before scurrying back up the chimney.

   With his sack slung over his back, Woodland Santa is ready for a cold winter's day.  He is dressed in a forest green coat, red mittens and a long stocking cap. Three brass sleigh bells hang from his pocket.  A brass chain hangs from his belt and an evergreen branch peeks out of his sack.

  Dressed in classic Victorian attire, our 2004 Victorian Santa carries his red bag filled with presents to put under the tree. Faux fur adorns his full length cream-colored coat and trims his hat.

  Our original Santa,  Old World Santa with his long, decorated red coat, was the first in our series and an inspiration for those that followed. His inner dress is beautifully hand-painted with a small evergreen and berry design. He holds a pine branch in his hands and a brass chain with star hangs form his arms. This customized Santa is holding a medallion of a Marblehead landmark.
