ORDER POLICY
Please read our policy regarding the ordering process.
For AmeriScapes and VillageScapes:
Once you begin the design process, prototype approvals and order placement must be done within 30 days:- Upon receipt of deposit, we must receive your photographs within 30 days.
- Once you receive the product sketch, we need approval within 30 days.
- When the finished prototype is delivered to you, we need approval and the initial order within 30 days. Production is typically six to eight weeks.
For Watercolors:
- Upon receipt of pictures, or request from an existing design, you will receive a proof within four weeks. The proof must be approved within 30 days.
If you require delivery by a certain date, approval times may need to be shortened.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not approved within a reasonable time frame.
