Reunions and Special Events

What is summer without a family or college reunion and commemorative events? 

The ornament to the left was created for the Marblehead to Halifax race this year. The race started in 1905 and now "participants in the race represent over 50 Yacht Clubs from a dozen states and provinces, most frequently from Atlantic Canada and New England. Skippers and crews hail from as far away as New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, California, Florida, Illinois, Ohio and Texas." (source: marbleheadtohalifax.com

Fundraisers & Special Events

This year Hestia created a collectible ornament based on the design of the logo designed by the winning artist. Marblehead MA annually sponsors a contest for the new logo and many entries are received. The winning design, which you see in the left column is a duplicated of the design and the ornaments were sold at the Marblehead Festival of Arts from June 30 through July 4th 2007. This ornament illustrates the potential for a unique fundraising event ... one that is high quality, collectible, desirable.
