Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, and in original condition. Custom and personalized ceramics are NOT returnable.
How to Return an Item

We’ll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
